With rising prices on gas, food, services and just about everything else, it’s good to see people being frugal. That is, unless you’re Chef James Locascio and you just made a cheesesteak worth (about, in retail) $100. Where did all that money go, you ask? Locascio says, “$17 per pound for cheese, $21 per pound for Kobe beef and $900 per pound for summer truffles” $240 worth of pudding, sadly, is not avaialble on request. [WCAU-TV]
